Production

The company’s strategy is to keep in house the manufacturing of key components, and particularly of cell active components and stack assembly, outsourcing the rest.

So far AFCo has manufactured the stacks for the first powerplants according to a logistic linked to the history of the development program and articulated on different sites:

All the manufacturing activity are being transferred to the new local unit in Terni (I), where the entire manufacturing cycle will be integrated.
Genova, where the company’s headquarters are located, will host the engineering department, technology labs and assembly of innovative tecnostacks.
